Tucked up in the high plains of Victoria in Dinner Plain, Big Muster Distilling Co. is the kind of place you escape to when you want your event to feel a little less “function room” and a lot more “mountain-side barn party with your favourite people.”
Our boutique distillery and barn-style space is perfect for intimate weddings and events up to 50 guests. Think warm timber, good tunes, a crackling fire in the cooler months, and the soft clink of glasses filled with something we’ve lovingly distilled on-site or from one of our partner breweries, wineries or distilleries.
We’re big on character and small on fuss. We can tailor packages that take care of as much (or as little) as you like, including:

- Wedding planner – so you can focus on the fun while someone else wrangles the run sheet.
